Experts argue that falling trade barriers allow firms to move manufacturing activities to countries where wage rates are much lower. For example, due to the entry of China, India, and some Eastern Europe states into the global trading system, is estimated that the rate of labor have quadrupled between 1985 and 2005.
In Addition, supporters of globalization argue that free trade will result specializing in the production of those goods and services that the countries can do better, and then importing the product that they cannot produce efficiently.
Also, is worth noting that the wage gap between developed and developing nations is closing as developing nations experience rapid economic growth.
